Policies

We love all of our clients at Hair by Thao, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly hair salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Need to Cancel?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a 48-hour notice before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations before the 48 hours are free of charge! Anything within the 48 hours will be charged a 50% of the entire service cost and no call/ no shows will be charged 100%. This is to ensure I have adequate time to fill in that appointment slot. While I understand that life happens and things come up, I just ask you to reach out and let me know if any unforeseen circumstances occur, I can promise that I am very reasonable! Just asking for a little courtesy. 

Late Arrivals

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please text or call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled due to it interfering with the next scheduled guest.  In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked or may not be able to complete your style (blowdrying, curling, etc.). 

Can I bring guests?

I kindly have to ask, if your guest is not receiving a service please do not bring them along. We have very limited seating for extra guests, and just enough for only guests receiving services from one of our stylists. This includes children as well.
